BP Chargemaster will be moving our headquarters to a new purpose-built facility in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.
Our new headquarters will house both our main office, including our Customer Services and Homecharge teams, and our manufacturing facilities, and is planned to be triple the size of our existing headquarters.
David Martell, Chief Executive of BP Chargemaster, said: “We are very excited to be moving to Milton Keynes – undoubtedly the electric vehicle capital of the country – and to much larger premises that will enable our next phase of expansion and growth of our business. As well as increased head office space, we will be tripling the size of our manufacturing facility, allowing us to significantly expand our production capacity.’
Milton Keynes is already a great advocator of electric vehicles and environmentally friendly initiatives with direct support from Milton Keynes Council. In July 2017, BP Chargemaster opened the UK’s first electric vehicle education centre alongside Milton Keynes Council as part of their Go Ultra Low City status. The Centre now approaches its 2nd birthday and recently welcomed its 100,000th visitor.
Construction work has already begun on the new building and we aim to start moving in in 2020.
