Uber reward terms & conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Chargemaster Limited Ltd (trading as bp pulse), Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK14 6GY (“bp pulse”).

2. The Reward

2.1 bp pulse is offering an incentive in the form of charging credit to eligible Uber Partner customers who charge either between 200kWh-449kWh or over 450kWh each calendar month.

3. How to take part

3.1 The incentive scheme will run from (the “Opening Date”)
3.2 To receive the Reward: (a) drivers must reach the 200kWh threshold within the calendar month (starting at 00:00 on Day 1 and ending at 23:59 on the Final Day of the month.
3.3 There will be a reward of credit available and will be given on the first working day of the following month. The incentive scheme will start on 28th July 2022.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The incentive is open to all Uber Pro Gold, Platinum and Diamond tier drivers with a bp pulse subscription.
4.2 Eligible drivers are automatically enrolled.

5. The Reward

5.1 The rewards are contingent on monthly kWh charge using bp pulse chargers.
5.2 The monthly value of the reward for the 200kWh-449kWh threshold is Gold: £5, Platinum: £10, and Diamond: £5. A further £5 will be added to any driver who reaches 450kWh or more in the same month.
5.3 The credit awarded under this competition cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3 Reward is not negotiable or transferable.

6. Rewards

6.1 Drivers who meet either threshold will be notified by email on the 1st working day of the following month, to the email address provided on their bp pulse account.

7. Claiming the prize

7.1 To claim credit, you must enter their offer code into their bp pulse app. The code and credit will not expire and can be utilised until they are redeemed and exhausted.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, bp pulse, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an entrant, or accept any liability whatsoever, under these terms and conditions.
8.2 Nothing in clause 8.1 above limits entrants’ statutory rights.

9. Data protection and publicity

9.1 Insofar as it is applicable, bp pulse will hold and process a driver’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the bp pulse website (Customer Privacy Notice – bp pulse (bpchargemaster.com)).

10. General

10.1 bp pulse reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the reward scheme (in whole or in part), at its sole discretion.
10.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
